RhineRender presented the “City Living” real estate project in an impressive architectural visualization. This is a residential complex consisting of two converted warehouse buildings, which immediately catch the eye with their charming brick façade. New windows and a specially designed corner façade made of lattice windows give the units a unique loft character. The realistic presentation of the lighting design also played an important role. Here we opted for a twilight scene, which atmospherically conveys the atmospheric lighting of the buildings and the surrounding area. Thanks to the detailed 3D visualization, interested parties were able to get a realistic picture of the architecture and the special atmosphere of the district even before construction began. This makes it easier for potential buyers to identify with the residential project at an early stage and to get involved with the living environment.
